CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY

A Cancellation fee of 25% will be assess for all refunds requested PRIOR to March 31st, 2009 (JST) and a 50% fee on refunds requested on April 1st, 2009 through April 12th, 2009. No refunds will be made after April 13th 2009 (JST). There is no charge for substitutions.
